A ROMA, GIOVEDÌ 13 DICEMBRE, I RECORD PIZZA MAN SI CIMENTERANNO NELLA PREPARAZIONE DELLA PIZZA TONDA PIÙ GRANDE DEL MONDO
Reggio Emilia, 10 dicembre 2012 – Ottavia. E’ questo il nome della pizza da record che sarà pronta giovedì 13 dicembre alle ore 14,30 nel Pad. 11 della Nuova Fiera di Roma (via Portuense 1645) e che cercherà di guadagnarsi il titolo di “pizza tonda più grande del mondo” aggiudicandosi così un posto tra i Guinness World Records.
40 metri di diametro, 23 tonnellate di peso e 125.6 metri di circonferenza: sono queste le straordinarie misure che dovrà avere Ottavia alla fine dell’opera. Una pizza ambasciatrice del gusto italiano: gli ingredienti saranno infatti pomodoro, mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena e rucola. Il Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano ha fornito 160kg di formaggio pari a 4 forme.
