Circuit Zandvoort stond afgelopen zondag compleet in het teken van Italiaanse sferen. Een invasie van vuurrode Ferrari”s en andere prachtige (klassieke) auto’s, waaronder 64 Lancia Fulvia’s. Kersen op de taart waren de jankende V12-motoren uit de jaren negentig Ferrari F1’s. Autovisie ging benzine snuiven en doet verslag.

Roer de eierdooiers, het hele ei en de suiker goed door elkaar en verhit het mengsel au bain marie. Met de garde, of handmixer, klopt u het mengsel totdat het er gelig uitziet en licht schuimt. Voeg de marsala toe en blijf kloppen. Na ongeveer 10 minuten zal de zabaione de structuur van een stevige maar toch ook luchtige vla hebben. Verdeel de warme zabaione over de coupes en serveer meteen.
