Wil je intiem dineren met je partner op een exclusieve locatie? Dan moet je reserveren in ‘Solo Per Due’, een Italiaans restaurantje dat slechts plaats heeft voor twee personen.

In het Italiaanse stadje Vacone kan je tafelen het kleinste, romantische restaurant ter wereld. Er is slechts plaats voor één tafel, twee stoelen, twee knusse rode zetels en een open haard. Het voordeel is dat je er niet lang moet wachten op je eten – niemand zal voor jullie worden bediend. Maar er is ook een groot nadeel. Jaarlijks willen gemiddeld 1.500 romantische zielen een date met hun geliefde, waardoor je er heel vroeg moet bij zijn om te reserveren in ‘Solo Per Due’ (letterlijk vertaald: uitsluitend voor twee mensen).

È il 1939, quando il marchese Antonio Trionfi Honorati decide di costruire una stalla dove allevare 30 vacche di razza frisona per ricavarne latte. Sono questi gli anni degli ultimi rintocchi per la cultura contadina tradizionale, retta sulle abilità artigiane e sulle filiere corte per necessità: così il latte crudo, appena munto, viene raffreddato a 4°, imbottigliato manualmente e distribuito, porta a porta, nella città.[…]
