Un saluto affettuoso, cari lettori. Oggi propongo questo Semifreddo al Caffè, un dessert, dolce al cucchiaio semplicissimo da preparare, perfetto come fine pasto. La ricetta non prevede l’utilizzo delle uova, così come vuole la ricetta classica del Semifreddo. Ho utilizzato un procedimento veloce, ho arricchito con granella di nocciole e glassa al cioccolato fondente. Il risultato è stato sorprendente: fresco, leggero, delicato, con quel tocco di golosità. La presentazione può variare a seconda dei propri gusti. Ideale con base biscotto ;-). E’ possibile preparare anche più porzioni e conservarle in freezer.

Questa torta salata con pomodori mi ha conquistato. Fino ad oggi ho provato altre torte salate con pomodori ma nessuna mi aveva ancora catturato. Questa lo ha fatto.E’ il mio tipo preferito di ricetta, semplice e facile da preparare…ed è anche bella da vedere. Ho usato 4 diversi tipi di pomodori come suggerito nella ricetta di Csaba della Zorza. Ho provato anche altre sue ricette, come il petto di pollo saporito e le focaccine.

Petition signed by more than 60 celebrities, architects and writers is sent to the Italian government calling for huge cruise ships to be prohibited from entering Venice’s lagoonSir Michael Caine and Julie Christie are among a group of celebrities who have signed a petition calling for giant cruise ships to be banned from Venice.Concern over the threats posed by the towering cruise ships was heightened in January 2012 when the 115,000-tonne Concordia rammed into Giglio, off the Tuscan coast, leading to a chaotic evacuation which claimed the lives of 32 passengers and crew.The ship is due to be towed away from the island to the port of Genoa, where it will be scrapped, on Wednesday.

De Italiaanse kunstenaar Francesco Vezzoli kocht in 2013 via internet in Montegiordano (Calabrië) een klein negentiendeeeuws kerkje; de Madonna del Carmine. Het was al enige tijd niet meer in gebruik en in vervallen toestand. Hij liet het daarna afbreken met de bedoeling om het vervolgens weer op te bouwen bij het Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York.
