Bijna 3,5 miljoen kunstwerken staan op een lijst van cultureel erfgoed in Italiaanse kerken, meldt het Vaticaan. Dat is nog lang niet alle kunst in de kerken, omdat het erfgoed in de kerken in bijvoorbeeld de belangrijke aartsbisdommen Napels en Florence nog niet is geïnventariseerd. Dat blijkt uit een artikel in het maandblad The Art Newspaper. Italië telt ruim 63.000 katholieke kerken.



De inventarisatie is een project van de bisdommen, de bisschoppenconferentie, het ministerie van Cultuur en het nationaal bureau voor het kerkelijk erfgoed. Op de lijst staan niet alleen altaarstukken en kruisbeelden, maar ook beeldhouwwerken en vaak rijk versierde voorwerpen als kelken en monstransen

Nasce un nuovo progetto per la rivitalizzazione del porto turistico che prevede la riqualificazione di una vasta area a sud di Porto San Giorgio, nell’area demaniale all’interno dello stretto portuale. Un progetto che vuole rappresentare un modello di sviluppo turistico del territorio, con riflessi positivi sul tessuto economico locale. Si vogliono attrarre gli esigenti visitatori stranieri, soprattutto provenienti dal nord Europa. Non si può non ricordare che a detta degli esperti l’industria turistica è proiettata a diventare il principale settore economico nazionale e delle Marche. Questo Progetto lo si potrebbe definire un “albergo diffuso”, un grande parco che ospiterà villette, appartamenti e locali commerciali adibiti anche al settore nautico che negli intenti dei promotori dovrà essere capace di coniugare lo spirito di accoglienza tipico dei marchigiani con i più evoluti canoni di comfort e del “sano costruire” oggi messi a disposizione dalle tecniche edilizie”. E il progetto della Marina di Porto San Giorgio va in questa direzione: Dall’enogastronomia al paesaggio e all’arte, con le potenzialità di sviluppo turistico offerte in uno specifico contesto territoriale e temporale. Una struttura ricettiva di alto livello in prossimità del porto permetterà di sfruttare i collegamenti con la Croazia, una meta estremamente ambita dai turisti del vecchio continente”.
