De Italiaanse bobsleeëer William Frullani is de tweede atleet die in Sotsji betrapt is op dopinggebruik.Het Italiaans olympisch comité (CONI) heeft bobsleeëer William Frullani naar huis gestuurd, nadat hij is betrapt op doping. Frullani zou dit weekend in actie komen in de viermansbob van Italië.Het CONI werd door het IOC geïnformeerd dat Frullani positief had getest op dymethylpentylamine, een middel dat de alertheid kan verhogen. De test is afgelopen dinsdag afgenomen in het olympisch dorp.

Il baccalà al forno con patate e pomodorini è un ricetta classica, adatta a grandi e piccini (stando attenti alle lische del pesce) e può essere fatta sia con il merluzzo, sia con il baccalà (merluzzo bianco conservato sotto sale) sia con lo stoccafisso (merluzzo essiccato). Sia il baccalà che lo stoccafisso devono essere ammollati prima di essere utilizzati… per eliminare il sale in eccesso nel primo, per restituire l’originale consistenza ai tessuti nel secondo. In questo caso si tratta di baccalà cotto e servito in versione monoporzione utilizzando le bellissime cocottine (cocotte mignon) della Ilsa… una più bella dell’altra!
