Questa volta ho voluto provare la ricetta dei gnocchi di patate senza uova.Non mi convinceva molto e poi ho sempre visto mia mamma che li prepara con l’uovo ed anche mia suocera fa così!!!!! Con un po’ di ansia ho messo a bollire circa 600 gr di patate nella pentola a pressione in acqua salata.Una volta cotte le ho private della pelle e schiacciate con lo schiacciapatate direttamente sulla tavola per impastare. Le ho lasciate pochi minuti ad intiepidirsi e poi ho unito la farina. Nel mio caso ho usato 200 gr di farina, forse qualche grammo di meno. Ho lavorato bene fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio e poi ho formato una palla.
