Dopo piu’ di un anno dalla chiusura e 10 mesi di lavori Roma si riappropria di uno dei suoi simboli: la scalinata di Trinita’ dei Monti. L'intervento sul monumento conosciuto in tutto il mondo e’ stato internamente finanziato dalla maison Bulgari con una donazione di 1,5 milioni di euro in occasione del 130esimo anniversario della Casa di gioielli. All'inaugurazione hanno partecipato il sindaco di Roma, Virginia Raggi, l'assessore alla Cultura, Luca Bergamo, l'amministratore delegato di Bulgari, Jean-Christophe Babin, e il Sovrintendente capitolino, Claudio Parisi Presicce. Gli interventi iniziati il 7 ottobre dello scorso anno, si sono incentrati sulla pulitura, consolidamento e protezione di tutte le superfici lapidee, il recupero funzionale delle gradinate per garantire la sicurezza e le verifiche statiche sui muri di contenimento delle rampe superiori.
