La parmigiana di melanzane è un classico della cucina italiana, strati di melanzane fritte e pomodoro, si alternano a mozzarella e parmigiano, per essere poi cotti in forno. Questa versione è più leggera e non necessita di cottura in forno, così non si scalderà troppo la cucina, cosa non da poco in estate. Non dovrete nemmeno mettervi a friggere, visto che le melanzane sono cotte su una piastra antiadernte con un filo d’olio.

The party’s 62-page manifesto stated: ‘The promotion of vegan and vegetarian diets is a fundamental act in safeguarding our environment, the health of our citizens and the welfare of our animals.’
