Mirarchi Daniele from Davoli Marina has been elected as the new Italian master in the “New Pizzaioli” competition for the non-professional pizza-makers.This is the second edition of the event which was launched in 2014 by the National Italian Pizza Makers. Mirarchi comes from Calabria and was awarded for his special pizza made with mascarpone, pesto, potatoes, bacon, stracciatella, and pine nuts.Second place was for Federico Palombella from Forli, while another guy from Emilia Romagna, Philip Nestola from Cesenatico, won the third place award.
