Panna Cotta limoncello recept.
Soften the gelatin in a cup of cold water. Heat the double cream and the milk with sugar in a saucepan until it starts to cook. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved completely. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whilst stirring add the gelatin until it is completely melted. Finally add two tablespoons of Limoncello di Fiorito and a pinch of salt then let it cool to room temperature.
