Wie Bologna zegt, zegt mortadella. De knalroze lekkernij wordt al sinds de eerste eeuw na Christus in deze streek gemaakt en tot op de dag van vandaag komt de echte mortadella hier vandaan.
Qualche giorno fa sono tornata a casa dopo una mattinata molto impegnativa, il pranzo doveva essere veloce, poco tempo per cucinare, poca voglia di scervellarmi, ma come sempre non mi accontento di un piatto insignificante così, ricordando una ricetta che utilizzava dello yogurt al posto di olio o strutto nella preparazione delle piadine, ho pensato di arricchire questa preparazione con delle spezie per dargli quel qualcosa in più che non facesse sembrare questa preparazione la “sorella povera” appunto della piadina. Il risultato è un pane aromatico, malleabile come una piadina, molto gustoso ma assolutamente privo di grassi. Non è poco no?

On Wednesday, however, the country got an unexpected spot of (quasi) good news—the country is no longer in recession.

Ruim €3 miljard investeerde bierbrouwer Heineken in de afgelopen vijf jaar in Italiaanse bieractiviteiten. Dat maakte het bedrijf deze week bekend bij de viering van het 40-jarig bestaan van het bierbedrijf in Italië. In vijf jaar werd het geld gestoken in de ontwikkeling van 4 brouwerijen, personeel, logistiek en communicatie. €17 miljoen was het bedrijf kwijt in de brouwerij in Comun Nuovo (Bergamo), €12 miljoen in Pollein (Aosta), €10 miljoen in Massafra (Taranto) en €4,5 miljoen in Assemini (Sardinië). In de communicatie werd in 5 jaar €483 miljoen uitgegeven, in de logistiek €174 miljoen en in innovatie €48 miljoen. De brouwer was €1,8 miljard kwijt aan belastingen in Italië.

It’s become something of a “thing” for any automaker to send the first example of a hotly anticipated new model across the auction stage, much like a sacrificial lamb, to be purchased by someone wielding entirely too much excitement for the car and too much money. Okay, so maybe the buyer is the hapless lamb, but that’s beside the point; typically, it’s all for a good cause—the proceeds go straight to charity—and huge auction prices bring free press and warm fuzzies for all.
