"Rubino" packed round red chicory from Le Marche

The first individually packed round red chicory was created by some producers in Le Marche region. The product was called “Rubino”.

Red chicory is grown in Le Marche region and is then individually packed to preserve its shelf-life. A special material is used, thanks to which the product maintains its characteristics intact for many days.

In addition, a label is placed on the packet with the “Rubino” mark as well as some indications for consumers.

The product can be supplied in any kind of external container upon request.

Individually packed red chicory will be available from October until May, the period coinciding with the production of Round Red Chicory in Le Marche region.
