FLORENCE, Italy — “My friends and I all used to play there as children decades ago,” said a middle-aged woman outside the gardens of the Palazzo Capponi, near Florence’s city center. “I remember the limonaia was a ruin, in a very poor state.”Now fully restored, the Limonaia Capponi is a five-bedroom family home of 321 square meters, or 3,455 square feet. It is on the market for 3.95 million euros, or $4.9 million, through the local office of London-based estate agency Savills.
