Chicken Beer | It is Food

Take the chicken thighs, salt, pepper and flour them well, then set them aside.


Fry, with extra virgin olive oil in a pan with high sides, a clove of garlic, a bay leaf and a bit of rosemary coarsely chopped.


Add chicken and brown along with the spices for a few minutes, then add the beer and cook over low heat for about 25-30 minutes.


When cooked, turn up the heat, season with salt and pepper and let restrinegere cork for a few minutes.


Serve the chicken hot with a side of roasted potatoes.
